Non-Dartmouth institutions may create a profile in order to access this service. You will then be able to make requests and track their status. First time users will need to create an account.

All charges are per transaction & invoiced within 90 days. Payable by Check or Credit Card. International libraries may use IFLA Vouchers.

  • FREE - Non-corporate New Hampshire, Vermont, & Federal Government libraries.
  • $20.00 (scans or loans) - Public or Academic library (within the USA)
  • $20.00 (scans) or $25 (loans) - Per Canadian library transaction.
  • $20.00 (scans) or $65 (loans) - Per International library transaction.
  • $25.00 (minimum)- Corporate Libraries & Institutions
  • Books are primarily sent via FedEx, if no street address is available we will use USPS instead.
  • Books requested by NH libraries will be sent via the NH Van courier when possible.
  • Articles are delivered electronically to your email. Whenever possible, these will be supplied as OCR enabled PDFs.
  • Non-Circulating Material: We reserve the right to decline requests for any reason.
  • Loan Periods: 180 days from time of check out for most materials.
  • Renewals: Are usually granted unless the item is needed locally. Please watch your email for an updated due date after placing a renewal request.
  • Recalls: All loans are subject to recall at any time.
  • Damaged or Lost Items: Costs associated with the loss or damage of materials will be billed to the borrowing library. These fees consist of the replacement cost or a $40 preservation repair fee (whichever is cheaper).
